We have seen 48.15% of of the 27 new listings sell, resulting in 13 sales. At this time, no other sales have occurred. We have seen 51.85% of of the 27 new listings become withdrawn from the market, resulting in 14 listings that are no longer available on the market. There have been 8 properties that were sold for above their asking price while 5 properties were sold for under their asking price. There has been an average days on market of 28 resulting in a decrease of 10.92% when compared to the entire MLS® year-to-date, and a median days on market of 7 which has decreased by 95.42% when compared to the entire MLS® year-to-date. While the average asking to selling ratio of 1.0522 has increased by 4.19% when compared to the entire MLS® year-to-date, we have also seen the median asking to selling ratio of 1.0208 decrease by 0.43% when compared to the entire MLS® year-to-date.
